1. About these terms
These terms apply to your use of wearbreezes.com and to every order you place with us. The store is operated by MPS DIGITAL SOLUTIONS LTD, trading as wearbreeze. By placing an order or using the store, you agree to these terms, our Privacy policy, our Shipping policy and our Return and refund policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the store.

2. Where we sell
We sell to customers in the United Kingdom only. All prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP).

3. Products and descriptions
We try to describe and photograph our products accurately. Colours may vary slightly depending on your screen. Product information on the store is for general guidance.

4. Prices and payment
The price payable is the price shown at checkout when you place your order. Payment is taken when you place your order. If we find an obvious pricing error after you order, we will tell you and give you the option to confirm the order at the correct price or cancel it for a full refund.

5. How a contract is formed
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send you a confirmation that your order has been dispatched, and at that point a contract is formed. We may decline an order, for example if a product is unavailable, if there is a pricing error or if we suspect fraud. If we decline an order after taking payment, we will refund you in full.

6. Delivery
Products are shipped from China by our supplier. Processing and delivery times are set out in our Shipping policy, which forms part of these terms. Customs duties and import taxes are dealt with as described in that policy.

7. Refunds
Refunds are handled under our Return and refund policy, which forms part of these terms.

8. Use of the store
You agree not to misuse the store, including by attempting to gain unauthorised access, introducing harmful code, using the store for unlawful purposes or placing orders with false information.

9. Intellectual property
All content on the store, including the name wearbreeze, logos, text, graphics and images, belongs to us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy or use it without our written permission, except for your own personal and non-commercial use.

10. Our liability
We do not exclude or limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot be excluded or limited by law. Subject to this, our total liability to you in connection with an order is limited to the price you paid for that order. We are not liable for loss or damage that was not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed, or for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control.

11. Your statutory rights
Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under the law of the United Kingdom.

12. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The terms that apply to your order are those published on the store at the time you placed it.

13. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. This does not affect any right you may have to bring proceedings in the courts of the part of the United Kingdom where you live.
